You translate your document
this way...
1. Send your document via
email to the address ordering@onega.dk
with the following information.
Name
Address
Telephone number
How the translation should be returned (by MS Word or plain
text)
Attention! It is also possible
to send the text by normal post. For this see the opposite column.
2. Then we return a
confirmation of reception together with information about the
price. After this we start the translation work.
3. You pay the agreed sum to
the following Danish bank account, remember to state your name
in the message:

4. The
translation will be returned to your email after finalization
(please refer to the information about delivery time on the
page prices).
The translation is first sent when the payment is registered
which normally takes 1 - 2 days depending on the bank you are
using. International transactions take longer time.

Accepted
formats...
We accept
the following formats: MS Word, Openoffice, Staroffice,
PDF, GS, plain text and all graphical formats as jpeg,
tiff etc.
Via post...
Do you
prefer to send via post then this is to be done to the

We have to notice that
we don't return documents, so send a copy instead
of the original. Likewise we don't send the translation
via post, so you have to remember to write your emailaddress
where the translation should be sent. The time of
delievery is also longer via post.
Confidentiality..
We
process all the cases confidentially, that means that
when a case is finished and the customer is satisfied we
shred all the documents. This is your safety that we don't leak information. We don't take responsibility for
information leaked under transfer through the Internet.
