The small
things...

to be able to reject orders if the complexity of the text is
too great such as if it will take an unreasonable time to
translate, or if our translators don't have enough free
capacity.

Time
of delivery...
We aim at a delivery time of 48 hours for text
between Russian and English/Swedish and 72 hours for
text between Russian and Danish. We are also able to do
it quicker, but then you have to contact us via telephone
+(45) 23 41 41 18, however in general we take a fee if
we translate something quicker than the given deadlines.
Why is
it more expensive to translate between Russian and
Danish?
This has a simple
explanation, because we currently don't have any
translators who have Danish as their secondary language,
hereby we need help from Danish students like the man
behind this website. That is why it takes more time and
is a bit more expensive. At the same time it is done
because we accept the fact that many people living in
Denmark have a good knowledge of English, which we in
return offer a bit cheaper.
Why does a translation between Russian and Danish
take a longer time?
See the
above answer.
